We offer four unique rooms

Booking Policies

Minimum rental is 3 hours  

If set up or take down requires more hours, the cost will be adjusted upwards to a maximum of the daily rate for a Friday or a Sunday 

For any bookings in the defined high season, the CSA reserves the right to charge the renter the $2000 weekend rate for any usage on one of the twenty two high season weekends.  

Booking Deposit  

50 % of rental fee payable when the contract is signed 

Balance of rental is due 14 days prior.  

Damage Deposit 

Damage deposit equal to the total rental fee is required 14 days prior and will be returned to the renter after the room(s) have been checked for cleanliness and damage.  Money will be deducted if there is any damage or if extra cleaning is required.  

Cancellation Policy  

In the event of cancellation more than 45 days before the event, a cancellation fee of $100.00 may be withheld from the deposit and the balance shall be returned to the renter 

If cancellation of the event occurs between 14 and 45 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit may be withheld from the deposit and the balance shall be returned to the renter  

If cancellation of the event occurs 14 or fewer days before the event the full deposit amount shall be retained by the CSA. 

Additional Charges  

Sound System Rental – Creekside Hall $100 /  Townside $50.00  

Security Patrol (required for any event serving alcohol after 10pm) – $90.00  

Rental discounts are offered to registered charities and non profit organizations
