Do you rent tables and chairs?

Table and chairs for inside the hall are included in your rental.   If you plan on having an event or ceremony in the garden, you would be required to rent outdoor tables and chairs.   We have 10 – 8′ x 3′ tables, 20 –  5′ round tables and 13 – 3′ x 3 ‘ tables and 180 chairs. 

Do you have table settings?

We provide dinner plates, side plates, soup bowls, coffee cups and saucers, water jugs, forks, knives, spoons, water glasses, wine glasses, tea pots, coffee urns.  For a full inventory of items, please contact us at  

Do you provide tablecloths?

No, you are required to provide your own tablecloths. 

Do I need a special license?

The renter must purchase an appropriate liquor license for their event which must be posted for the duration of the event.     You can purchase the license online at 

Is security required?

Security is required if you are hosting an event after 10 pm and alcohol is being served.   We will make these arrangements for you. 

Do you provide any set up?

You are required to set up the hall and clean up the hall when your event is over.   Your rental time should allow for set up and clean up.   We ask that the hall be left as you found it.   All tables and chairs should be put away, dishes cleaned and put away and all garbage and recycling must be removed.   If assistance is required in set up or clean up, we could provide contacts for you to make these arrangements. 


Do you have kitchen?

 Yes, we have a kitchen however we do not provide any cooking facilities.  We do provide a large commerical warming oven and dishwasher. 

Do you have a sound system?

We offer a full sound system with portable speakers and sound board for rent.   Speakers are for indoor use only.   

Are candles allowed?

No open flames are allowed in the hall or in the garden. 

Do you provide a BBQ?

2 barbeques are available for your use with the rental of Creekside Hall. 

Can we bring our pets?

Pets are not allowed in the hall or in the garden.

Do you have a podium?

Yes, we offer a podium for your use. 

Is parking available at the hall?

Yes.  We have 20 parking stalls designated for hall use only.  

Is smoking allowed?

The hall is a smoke-free facility.  Smoking is prohibited within the building or within 3 metres of any outside door of the building.   

What are the damage deposit requirements?

We request a damage deposit equal to the rental.  The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of your rental providing no damage has occurred and no additional cleaning is required.
