We offer four unique rooms

Booking Policies

Minimum rental is 3 hours  

From May 1 to October 31, we only accept booking on the weekend for the entire weekend.  Rentals begin on Friday at 2 pm and end at 3 pm on Sunday.  The weekend rentals includes Creekside Hall, Townside Hall, Kitchen and outdoor garden/patio.    

Booking Deposit  

 A booking deposit of 50% of the full rental is required to confirm your booking. 

Full payment of rental fee is required 180 days prior to the event.

 Damage Deposit 

Damage deposit equal to the total rental fee is required 14 days prior and will be returned to the renter after the room(s) have been checked for cleanliness and damage.  Money will be deducted if there is any damage or if extra cleaning is required.  

Cancellation Policy  

In the event of cancellation more than 180  days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental will be charged. 

Cancellation less than 180 days before event – 100% of rental fee will be retained. 

Additional Charges  

Sound System Rental – Creekside Hall $125.00 /  Townside $50.00  

Security Patrol (required for all events serving alcohol after 10 pm) – $125.00  

Rental discounts are offered to Canmore based registered charities and non profit organizations. 

Discounts are based on availability and not offered on weekends from May to October.
